Payment
policy is $100 non-refundable deposit to begin building a cart for you (personal check is OK). The balance is due within 2
weeks after you receive your cart.
You
may cancel your order within 3 days after I receive the measurements to receive deposit back.
I have a policy of a refund (not including
the deposit) if you are not satisfied with the cart for any reason. You have 2 weeks to decide, and it's ok if the
cart gets dirty with normal use and trials. Just return the cart for the refund.
I also work with my clients to make sure the cart fits and is working
well after they get their cart.
